Yahoo Finance hires Claudio as video producer

Yahoo Finance has hired Mike Claudio as a video producer on the Live Events team.

At Yahoo Finance, Claudio will support the production of annual events like the Berkshire Hathaway 2019 Annual Shareholders Meeting, exclusively livestreamed on Yahoo Finance, and All Markets Summit in addition to Yahoo Finance’s regular programming including “Breakouts” and “Influencers with Andy Serwer.”

Claudio comes from the entertainment and music publishing industries.

He has produced video content for Billboard Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, Vibe Magazine, The Daily Racing Form, and CBS Inside Edition.

Claudio has directed live streams, led video coverage, and created digital content for events ranging from the Kentucky Derby to the Grammys and Golden Globes.

Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
