Yahoo Finance debuts “Business + Coffee” segment

Yahoo Finance is debuting a new 1-minute daily video series, “Business + Coffee.”

The first episode will air Monday at 2 p.m.

Host Dan Roberts fills you in on three business news stories developing that day — in 60 seconds. Topics will range from sports business to media deals to mega-mergers to cryptocurrency, and beyond.

Roberts joined Yahoo Finance in January 2016 after five years at Fortune, where he wrote a wide range of features articles for both print and online, including multiple cover stories. He also led the magazine’s 40 Under 40 franchise and its ranking of tech “unicorn” valuations, and has profiled everyone from the chief executives of major companies like MasterCard, Under Armour, and Anheuser-Busch Inbev, to former FBI Director Louis Freeh, sports agent Leigh Steinberg, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, chef David Chang, and many more.

At Yahoo Finance, he covers technology and the business of sports.

“Business + Coffee” can be found across multiple platforms, including Yahoo Finance, the Yahoo Newsroom mobile app, and on Yahoo Finance social media channels.
