WWD senior reporter Kali Hays, who covered media, fashion, beauty and related industries, has left the news organization.
She joined WWD in February 2017 and initially covered finance, business, legal and media news relevant for the broader fashion, retail and beauty industries.
“I have some new prospects and ongoing projects I’d like to finish in this lifetime, and I am genuinely excited at the possibility of that happening,” she wrote on Twitter.
Before WWD, Hays was a reporter at Law360. She also worked at Prospect News, reporting and writing for a daily newsletter covering distressed debt and bankruptcy in the U.S. and international markets.
