Michelle Ma, news editor for live journalism and special coverage at The Wall Street Journal, is leaving to join Protocol as a tech reporter covering management, leadership and the world of work.
Her new role begins in September.
Ma had been with the Journal for over 3 years. Prior to that, she was a staff writer at Wirecutter. She was also a post-production assistant at Conibo Productions.
Ma has a master’s degree in business and economics journalism from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
