WSJ taps Pohle as a travel reporter

Allison Pohle

Allison Pohle is now a travel reporter at the Wall Street Journal.

She joined the Journal in 2019, and is also the founding member of Noted, WSJ’s vertical aimed at millennials and Gen Z.

She has also freelanced for The Atlantic, Vice News, Good Magazine, Fusion, The Archipelago, The Hairpin, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Inside Columbia, Narratively, the-toast.net, KBIA.org, LHJ.com, NPR and WBUR.

She has also written for Boston Globe Media and Vox Magazine.

Pohle has also interned at The Nation, Meredith and TNT Magazine.

Pohle has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Missouri-Columbia.
