Wall Street Journal reporter J.J. McCorvey is joining the newspaper’s personal finance team.
He will be covering credit cards, loans and wealth-building strategies.
He has been at the paper since October 2019 working working on a new digital magazine, focusing on young people, their relationships with money, and marginalized communities.
Since he moved to New York from Mississippi 10 years ago, McCorvey has covered the worlds of business, entrepreneurship and technology for Inc., Fast Company, and Entrepreneur as part of multiple ASME award-winning editorial teams.
McCorvey is a graduate of Tuskegee University.
