Anna Prior, a reporter for The Wall Street Journal covering regulation and compliance for the wealth group, is leaving at the end of the week to attend business school.
Prior plans to get an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Her last day at the Journal is July 29.
She has been at Dow Jones & Co. since 2008, first as an intern in the Chicago bureau. Since then, she has worked for The Wall Street Journal Sunday, Smart Money magazine, as a hot stocks reporter for Dow Jones Newswires, and as a reporter on the real-time news desk at The Journal covering retail.
She joined the The Journal’s wealth group in 2014 to cover various wealth management topics and has been in her current beat for the last 13 months.
Prior graduated from Northwestern University in journalism.
