WSJ reporter Krouse moves to telecoms beat

Sarah Krouse

Wall Street Journal reporter Sarah Krouse is now covering telecommunications companies.

Krouse is covering companies such as Verizon and Sprint and working closely with reporter Drew FitzGerald to chronicle the rapid transformation of telecom companies and the way wireless services/smartphones are changing how we live.

She previously covered money managers such as BlackRock, Vanguard and Fidelity, chronicling the growing popularity of how market-mimicking funds have reshaped Wall Street.

She delivered a data-driven examination of Morningstar’s marketing and most recently wrote with Kirsten Grind about long-simmering conduct issues in Fidelity’s stock-picking unit.

Krouse joined Dow Jones in 2011, covering asset management and banking for Financial News in London and New York before moving to the Journal.

She studied English and journalism at George Washington University and wrote previously about real estate and economic development for The Washington Business Journal.
