The Wall Street Journal Radio Network named Mike Gavin producer of “The Wall Street Journal This Morning” and “The Wall Street Journal This Weekend,” the morning news and business-news radio shows.
“Mike has a keen understanding of how to translate stories and business news into compelling radio segments,” said Nancy Abramson, executive director, The Wall Street Journal Radio Network, in a statement. “Mike’s creativity, extensive knowledge of the industry and commitment to providing the best radio programming will lead us to new levels of success.”
Gavin was previously a technical coordinating producer for “The Wall Street Journal This Morning.” He has produced various show features and written the show rundown on The WSJ This Morning blog.
