WSJ names Scurria bureau chief of WSJ Pro Bankruptcy

The Wall Street Journal has named Andrew Scurria as bureau chief for WSJ Pro Bankruptcy.

He previously had been deputy bureau chief since September 2019.

Scurria has been at The Journal since November 2016, when he joined as a reporter covering municipal and corporate bankruptcies.

He previously worked at Debtwire and at Law360, where he covered bankruptcies.

Scurria is a University of Pennsylvania graduate.
