As the Politics & Policy news editor in New York, after 9/11 he worked with Washington and foreign bureaus to coordinate coverage of terrorism and wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. He started at the WSJ for the 2000 presidential election campaign. In his new position, he will report to Review editor Gary Rosen.

Adam came from Newsday where he was an editor, columnist and reporter with roles in two Pulitzer Prizes for deadline reporting.
