Deborah Acosta has joined The Wall Street Journal as reporter for a new digital magazine which targets younger audiences.
According to her tweet, the new magazine is expected to launch early in 2020.
In her previous jobs, Acosta has held the positions of reporter/producer and public insight analyst at The New York Times and The Miami Herald respectively. She has also worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami.
Additionally, she has also worked as a freelancer and as a business intern at The Sun-Sentinel. Acosta also held the position of business reporting intern at Dow Jones Newswires.
Acosta holds a bachelor’s degree in arts, economics and philosophy and a master’s degree in multimedia journalism. She has obtained both her degrees from the University of Miami.
