The Wall Street Journal has hired Anna Hirtenstein as a markets reporter in London.
She was previously a reporter at Bloomberg in London, where she covered clean energy and sustainability in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Hirtenstein was also an M&A banker at Greentech Capital Advisors in Zurich and a correspondent with a focus on oil in Northern Iraq and West Africa.
She holds a master’s degree from City University of London.
