WSJ closed its Expat blog

The Wall Street Journal has ended its blog about expats but will continue the conversation on its Facebook page.

Fiona Matthias of The Journal writes, “But all things come to an end, unless they are being carried forward to our Facebook group, where the conversation continues. Join the group and keep talking to each other. We will keep posting relevant stories for our Facebook group, written by Wall Street Journal reporters to inform and entertain you.”

Most of the content on the blog came from freelance contributors.

“We will continue to support our Facebook group, where we will post links for appropriate articles for expats that have been written in other areas of the Journal,” said Matthias in an email to Talking Biz News. “As this is already an active community, we hope that the network will continue, and grow.”
