Timothy Doyle has joined the Worcester Business Journal to lead its research efforts.

A story on its website states, “As WBJ’s lead researcher, Doyle is tasked with compiling all the lists published in every edition and in the annual Book of Lists, with such efforts as Largest Law Firms, Highest-paid CEOs, Top Architectural Firms, Minority-owned Businesses and Top Breweries.

“‘One in 10,000 people have the right combination of personality and skills to lead WBJ’s research, we are extremely fortunate we found that needle in the haystack in Timothy Doyle,’ WBJ Editor Brad Kane said. ‘Timothy pairs strong and meticulous organizational skills with a friendly and engaging personality to really be all we could hope for in a lead researcher.’

“Doyle will be the lead researcher for all the publications from WBJ’s parent company New England Business Media. In all, the research department puts out 250 lists annually at WBJ, Hartford Business Journal, MaineBiz and New HavenBiz, which requires coordinating with more than 3,000 companies. He replaces Stephanie Meagher, who moved to Colorado.”
