Wirecutter editor Bailie set to depart

Korrena Bailie

Korrena Bailie, senior editor at Wirecutter, is departing following the folding of Wirecutter Money.

Previously, Bailie was at Credit Karma, first serving as managing editor and then as senior manager, editorial. There, she co-built an editorial team that includes a team of assigning editors, a fully-functioning copy desk, internal writers and a team of freelance writers among other tasks.

Bailie has also served as managing editor of Bankrate Insurance where she managed a nationwide team of freelancers, in-house copy editors and social media manager. She also managed the editorial calendar and content creation workflow.

Additionally, she has also worked as creative media manager at Wcities.

Bailie earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Queen’s University Belfast.
