“What’s News?” daily podcast host Stewart leaving WSJ

Marc Stewart, host of The Wall Street Journal daily morning news podcast “What’s News?”, is leaving.

He joined the Journal in June 2020.

“I’ve learned something new every day from smart & gracious colleagues,” he wrote on Twitter. “More on my next adventure later.”

He previously had been freelancing for ABC News as an on-air TV reporter contributing to COVID-19 coverage on various platforms.

Stewart has also been a contributing writer to The Points Guy. He spent nearly nine years as a reporter and anchor at KMGH-TV in Denver and four years as a reporter and anchor for WSMV in Nashville. He also worked for WBIR in Knoxville, Tennessee, and WLNS in Lansing, Michigan.

Stewart completed a master’s degree in business and economics reporting at New York University.
