Cale G. Weissman has taken on an expanded role as director of editorial products at Digiday. He will continue in his role as editor-in-chief of Modern Retail.
Before that, he was a senior reporter at Modern Retail.
Weissman has also worked as a freelancer covering technology, entrepreneurship, culture, science, and media for The Sweethome, Mic.com, Atlas Obscura, Vice, The Daily Dot, and many others.
He has also worked as a staff writer and an associate news editor at Fast Company. He has also covered cybersecurity and tech politics/culture for Business Insider’s Tech vertical.
He was also a reporter at PandoDaily. Weissman is a graduate of Reed College.
