Doug Fruehling, the editor of the Washington Business Journal, sent out the following announcement on Friday:

Please welcome…

Rob Terry back to the WBJ newsroom!

Rob, who served as our managing editor for five years before leaving to join Booz Allen Hamilton as senior associate in June 2016, is our new senior staff reporter covering federal contracting, the impact of the Trump presidency on Greater Washington and other special projects. (Please note: For the first six months of Rob’s tenure as federal contracting reporter, we have asked staff reporter Andy Medici to cover Booz Allen Hamilton to avoid any potential “revolving door” conflicts of interest in our Booz coverage.)

Rob, who also previously worked at the Baltimore Business Journal and The Daily Record in Baltimore, is a graduate of Towson University and has his master’s in journalism from Northeastern University.

I personally couldn’t be more thrilled to have this talented journalist back working at American City Business Journals.

Doug
