Wall Street reporter Catherine Ngai has left Reuters this week.
On LinkedIn, Ngai wrote, “It’s been an amazing 4 years, and I’m so grateful to have worked with some of the best reporters & editors here in New York as well as across NA, Europe & Asia! I’m taking a few weeks off, but more details to come!”
Ngai had most recently been covering Wall Street banks, namely Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Before that, she was an energy reporter at Reuters covering the cash crude market as well as oil derivatives.
Before joining Reuters, she spent three years covering the steel industry for American Metal Market.
Ngai is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
