VentureBeat taps Alspach to cover security

Kyle Alspach

Kyle Alspach has joined VentureBeat as a staff writer focused on security technologies, including emerging technologies, along with covering enterprise security strategies and trends.

Previously, he was a senior technical editor covering mobile device, PC, and cloud news focusing on Microsoft, Apple and HP for CRN at The Channel Company in Westborough, Massachusetts. He was also a national tech editor at American Inno and has covered tech and biotech at The Boston Globe´s BetaBoston website.

He has also worked as an energy and technology reporter, startups and venture capital editor and then as a technology editor at Boston Business Journal.

Alspach has a B.A. in communications from Eastern Nazarene College.
