UK Tech News hires Scammell as editor

Robert Scammell

Robert Scammell has joined UK Tech News as an editor.

He will be covering stories about UK B2B tech companies, funding rounds, IPO, acquisitions, UK regulatory developments and more.

He joins from Verdict, where he recently served as deputy editor. Before that, he was a staff journalist writing technology news and features about AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, tech giants, the space industry, driverless cars, med tech, technology’s political impact and more.

He joined as a graduate journalist writing technology news stories across the 20 B2B sites on the Verdict network.

Scammell has a B.A. from the University of Plymouth and a M.A. from the University of Chichester.
