James Titcomb, the Silicon Valley bureau chief for The Telegraph, is returning to London to become the paper’s technology editor.
He has been the Silicon Valley bureau chief since August 2018, overseeing five reporters.
Titcomb was previously the paper’s technology editor, and its technology news editor. He also spent two years as a business reporter for the Telegraph.
He previously was a reporter for CityAM.
Titcomb holds a master’s degree from City University London.
