Thomson Reuters and CQ Roll Call announced an agreement Monday in which the two media companies will produce a newsletter covering health care industry news and policy.
The publication, “This Week in Healthcare,” includes a digest of news and analysis of Washington’s health policy developments, including the implementation of the new health care reform law.
The first issue of the free newsletter will be published on Friday, March 4.
Each week when Congress is in session, “This Week in Healthcare” provides analysis of policy decisions that could affect key segments of the health care industry. It combines selected articles from CQ Roll Call’s health policy publication, “CQ HealthBeat,” with analysis from subject-matter experts in the Health care & Science business of Thomson Reuters.
“We’re excited to work with our partners at CQ Roll Call to deliver a compelling blend of news and analysis,” said Howard Goller, Health care & Science editor at the Thomson Reuters Professional NewsCenter, in a statement. “Our goal is to show health care leaders what’s coming from Washington and what it means to them.”
