TheStreet names Lundberg its CFO

TheStreet.com has named Eric F. Lundberg as its chief financial officer.

He replaces John C. Ferrara, who resigned in October 2015 to pursue another opportunity.

Lundberg recently held the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer of ALM Media LLC from January 2008 to January 2015.  He was also a member of ALM Media’s board of directors.

Lundberg joined ALM Media from Penton Media Inc., where he served as chief financial officer from November 2006 to January 2008.  Prior to joining Penton Media, Lundberg held various financial positions within American Lawyer Media (predecessor to ALM Media, LLC), including vice president of finance and chief financial officer, from 1995-2006. Lundberg holds a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University.

“As TheStreet continues its focus on operational excellence this year, Eric’s experience in strategy, finance and operations will complement our already robust executive team,” said Elisabeth DeMarse, CEO and President of TheStreet, in a statement. “As part of his chief financial officer duties, Eric will play a significant role in supporting our future growth initiatives.”
