The Wrap adds staff members

The Wrap, a website that covers the entertainment industry, has added some staff writers.

Jordan Zakarin, formerly with Huffington Post and The Hollywood Reporter, has joined as film reporter.

Inkoo Kang also joins the film team as movie critic alongside Alonso Duralde, who has been promoted to Reviews Editor.

James Crugnale, who served most recently as editor of MediaBistro’s Morning Newsfeed, takes on TheWrap’s media beat, and former Fox News producer L.A. Ross joins as blogger/reporter focusing on television coverage.

“We are excited to continue to grow our editorial team with the very best young talent in the space,” said Wrap founder and CEO Sharon Waxman in a statement. “Our coverage will continue to expand in depth and breadth as the site continues its exciting forward momentum.”

The Wrap, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, had more than 7 million unique readers in December.
