The Sold Short is looking for writers to pitch pieces related to inequality, labor, justice, and how we live now. No deadline. Since it’s a web vertical there will be a need to stories on an ongoing basis.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Sold Short is The New Republic’s coverage of inequality, labor, justice, and how we live now. The New Republic is an intellectual call to arms for public-minded intellectuals advocating liberal reform in a new industrial age. It is also committed to the need to rethink outworn assumptions and political superstitions as radically changing conditions demand.
