Ross Matican has been hired as a reporter at tech news site The Information.
He started Monday and is covering tech and markets.
Matican was previously a reporting intern for The Information in San Francisco. He recently graduated from Carleton College and has served two terms as editor-in-chief of the student newspaper The Carletonian. He has been recognized by the Associated Collegiate Press for his news coverage.
Matican has held internships at The Capitol Forum, an antitrust and consumer protection news outlet in Washington; at PR and marketing analytics firm RF|Binder in New York; and on Yelp’s public policy team.
