Steve LeVine has left Medium to start a new, stand-alone premium subscription pub at The Information called The Electric.
It will focus on batteries and electronic vehicles.
At Medium, LeVine wrote across three magazines covering the intersection of technology, economics, and demographics with society, politics, and geopolitics. Before that, he was Future editor at Axios.
LeVine served as the Washington correspondent for Quartz, was a contributing editor to Foreign Policy Magazine, and a foreign affairs writer at Business Week. He’s also written for The New York Times, Newsweek, and The Wall Street Journal.
