The Guardian taps Calverley as assistant biz editor

Tom Calverley

The Guardian has promoted Tom Calverley to the post of assistant business editor.

Previously, he held the post of night editor.

Calverley has been with The Guardian for the past 10 years, holding various roles, including sub-editor, deputy night production editor, night production editor and deputy night editor.

Prior to joining The Guardian, he was with the Daily Mail for over 4 years, where he held various editorial roles.
