TechCrunch has hired Tage Kene-Okafor to cover African startups.
He had been a reporter for Techpoint Africa, based in Lagos, Nigeria, since August 2019.
Kene-Okafor was also a social media intern for KariXchange before becoming a journalist.
He holds a degree in electrical, electronics and communications engineering from the University of Nigeria.
