TechCrunch has hired Kate Clark to cover venture capital investing and startups.
She starts later this month.
Clark has been at PitchBook since January 2017, covering venture capital, startups, and trends in emerging technology.
A Seattle native, Clark attended the University of Washington where she studied journalism and international studies. She previously wrote about the Indian startup ecosystem in Bengaluru and freelanced in the Seattle area. While in college, she interned at the Seattle Times.
Today is my last day at @PitchBook. Very excited to announce I am joining @TechCrunch later this month as a writer covering VC, startups and other fun things. That means I am moving to San Francisco on Friday and leaving the lovely city of Seattle behind!
