Brendan Klinkenberg, a tech reporter for BuzzFeed, has left the news organization, multiple sources have confirmed to Talking Biz News.
Klinkenberg had been with BuzzFeed since January 2015. Before that, he was a reporting fellow with Wired magazine.
He was also an editorial apprentice at Men’s Health. Klinkenberg graduated from Northwestern University in 2013.
Klinkenberg did not respond to a message sent to his personal email address. Mat Honan, the head of BuzzFeed’s tech coverage, also did not respond to a message about Klinkenberg’s departure.
Klinkenberg’s name no longer appears on BuzzFeed Tech’s masthead.
