Tech columnist Eric Jhonsa is leaving The Street.
He had been there since June 2016.
“I’ll still be doing some columns as a RealMoney contributor, as well as earnings live blogs for TheStreet,” he wrote on Twitter. “But I wanted to give myself the chance to do some new things.”
Jhonsa previously handled Seeking Alpha’s tech news coverage, and before that was a writer for The Motley Fool.
He has a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
“I’ve enjoyed my time as TheStreet’s tech columnist, and am looking forward to what comes next,” he wrote.
