Greg Sullivan, the deputy team leader for breaking news in Bloomberg News’ Washington bureau, is leaving that position to run breaking news in Eastern Europe.
He has played a crucial role in covering the major stories in Washington in the past year, from Trump’s impeachment to the crowded 2020 presidential race.
Sullivan has been deputy team leader since February 2019. Before that, he was with Bloomberg First Word, focusing on Congress and the U.S. government.
He previously was a legislative analyst for Bloomberg Government.
Sullivan holds degrees from Gonzaga University and The Johns Hopkins University.
