Chuck Stevens is now an editor on the Top News team for the Americas at Bloomberg.
On that team, Stevens helps manage TOP <GO>, the global front page of Bloomberg News, by selecting, developing and editing stories, assigning their display according to importance, and maintaining quality control over coverage.
Stevens has been at Bloomberg for more than 20 years and spent four months last year as an editor on the Asia finance team, working with Bloomberg reporters covering banking in the Asia-Pacific region, from Sydney to Mumbai, including Greater China and Singapore.
He previously hired and supervised the global team of reporters for Bloomberg Brief newsletters covering hedge funds, private equity, leveraged finance and structured products, and edited coverage of the U.S. corporate bond market.
Stevens also produced “Countdown to the Closing Bell,” a daily one-hour, news-breaking, market-focused show on Bloomberg Television.
