Stein joining Dow Jones as reporter

Joshua Stein

Joshua Stein will be joining Dow Jones as a reporter mainly focusing on German corporations.

Previously, Stein was working as a reporter at New Civil Engineer. He has also been working freelance since 2017, with his bylines appearing in the Times, the Times Educational Supplement, Byline Times, and Teachwire.

He has also been featured as a researcher and presenter on Deutsche Welle’s ‘Inside Europe’ radio show and podcast.

He has also worked as a multilingual media briefer at mediabrief and was an intern at The Times, Deutsche Welle, The Bureau of Investigative Journalism, and The Telegraph. He was also a bias assessment analyst at Factmata and an intern at Camden New Journal.

Additionally, he has worked at Press Association, Edinburgh Interfaith Association, None, Student Voices Magazine and Fresh Air Radio. He was also a senior news writer at The Student (newspaper) and has served as a radio editor at Retrospect Journal.

Stein is a M.A. in investigative journalism from City University of London.
