She started at the Business Journal as a reporter in 1980, was promoted to managing editor and then editor. A graduate of Vassar College and Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, Sherberg also reported for KMOX Radio and the St. Louis Globe-Democrat.
“The St. Louis native will continue to be based here, but will spend significant time in ACBJ’s headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, and at other ACBJ offices.
“A nationwide search is underway for Sherberg’s successor.”
