S&P Global Market Intelligence has hired Dylan Thomas to cover U.S. private equity.
He will start his new job on Nov. 1.
Thomas is currently the commercial real estate and hospitality reporter at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. He had previously been covering retail, restaurants and transportation. His last day at the Business Journal is Oct. 29.
Thomas joined the Business Journal in March 2019. He previously had been editor of the Southwest Journal, a biweekly community newspaper serving southwest Minneapolis neighborhoods. He also worked as a staff writer and assistant editor at the paper.
He also worked for the Mankato Free Press for four years.
