Matthew Niksa has joined the Silicon Valley Business Journal as its new commercial real estate reporter.
Marlize van Romburgh of the Business Journal writes, “Niksa’s byline might sound familiar to Business Journal readers: He was the paper’s summer 2018 reporting intern, a full-time position in which he covered retail, hospitality and some commercial real estate development.
“In his new position, he’ll aim to break news about new commercial real estate projects and major transactions in Silicon Valley for our readers, as well as introduce them to the people and companies in the local real estate world they ought to know.
“He’ll also cover important trends in the region’s always lively real estate scene, including downtown San Jose’s building boom and the movements of the region’s large technology companies.”
