Barrett Sheridan, who has worked as an associate editor at Bloomberg Businessweek for the past 13 months, has been promoted to tech editor at the business weekly.
After graduating Stanford in 2006 with a degree in economics, Barrett began his career at the World Bank, where he was plucked by Fareed Zakaria to be a research assistant on his 2008 book “The Post-American World” before transitioning to Newsweek’s web site and ultimately the magazine.
Sheridan also worked as an intern in Sen. Diane Feinstein’s office.
