Shah hired as editorial director at Rest of World

Khushbu Shah

Khushbu Shah has joined Rest of World as editorial director, managing the daily editorial operations and helping set editorial priorities and standards.

Rest of World covers global technology news.

She joins from The Fuller Project, the nonprofit newsroom that focuses on reporting on women, where she was editor-in-chief. She also served as managing editor of Georgia Public Broadcast. She has also worked as a news editor and field producer at CNN.

Shah also worked as a news editor/producer at the BBC, NBC, KPBS and TOLO News.

She has also worked at Moby Group in Kabul.

Shah has won two Murrow Awards and has a B.A. from University of California Berkeley and an MSc. From The London School of Economics.
