He will still write about energy, but with a broader focus on policy, green tech, decarbonization and disasters such as fires and earthquakes.
He previously worked at the Santa Rosa Press-Democrat covering energy and transportation.
Morris was part of the Pulitzer-winning team who won recognition for the Press-Democrat’s coverage of the Wine Country fires.
