OLD Media Moves

SF Biz Times editor: Our staff are working remotely but will be out and about

Douglas Fruehling, the editor of the San Francisco Business Times, writes about how his staff have adjusted to the coronavirus pandemic.

Fruehling writes, “We are adjusting to the shelter-in-place order, and our entire staff is working remotely. We are working hard to make sure we get both our digital and print editions out on their regular schedules. Our mission — to help you grow your company, build your career and simplify your professional life — is more important now than ever.

“Here’s an update on how the Business Times is working to continue to serve our readers:

  • Our reporters, editors and designers are all working from home. Call or email us — click here for our contact info. The news, coronavirus and otherwise, hasn’t stopped amid the crisis, and we pledge we will continue to produce vital information to keep the Bay Area doing business in this unprecedented time. Working media are exempt from the shelter-in-place order, and our newsroom will be out and about as needed to cover the news while we maintain recommended social distancing guidelines.”
