Edgar Alvarez, a senior editor at tech site Engadget, is leaving the news organization to join Input magazine as a senior editor.
He starts next Monday. Input is a technology-focused publication being started by Josh Topolsky.
Alvarez has been at Engadget for eight years, starting as a contributing writer and moving up to associate editor. He became a senior editor in 2016. He was also lead video producer.
He also worked for SB Nation.
