Senior BBC biz journalist Deol to exit after 36 years

Mantej Deol

Mantej Deol, senior broadcast journalist at the BBC business and economics unit, will be leaving after 36 years.

In her current role, she is one of the key players dealing one-to-one with CEOs and organizing filming and outside broadcasts, among other tasks.

She also served as a senior producer at the BBC and was a reporter/producer at BBC Westminster. She was also a producer at BBC World at One & PM.

Deol graduated from Chelsea College, University of London.
