Megan Scully will be joining Bloomberg News as a Congress editor.
She comes from CQ Roll Call where she was senior editor, leading a team of reporters covering national security and legal affairs on major national and international stories. Scully has been with CQ Roll Call for more than 9 years, joining in 2011 as a staff writer.
Before that, she was a staff writer at the National Journal focusing on defense policy and budgetary. She was also reporter for The Hill and Defense News and was an associate editor at Inside Washington Publishers.
She was also editor at United Communications Group and has served as a reporter at States News Service.
Scully holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from American University.
