CNBC executive producer Gary Schreier will become the new vice president of programming for Fox Business Network, reports Brian Flood of TVNewser.
Flood writes, “This will be a homecoming for Schreier, who left Fox News after 16 years, to become the ep of CNBC’s Closing Bell back in 2012.
“Before leaving, Schreier was Neil Cavuto’s executive producer at both Fox News and, later Fox Business. He joined FNC in 1996 and FBN when it launched in 2007.
“Back when Schreier left FBN nearly three years ago to the day, a staffer told us, “this is a major loss for the network.” Well… he’s back.”
