The San Francisco Chronicle has expanded its business news staff with the hiring of three reporters.
Dominic Fracassa, who started Monday, joins from the Daily Journal, where he was an associate editor in the San Francisco office. He will be covering media, law, and telecommunications.
Trisha Thadani, who will start next week, has worked at the Boston Globe, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal. She starts next week, covering business and technology news.
Catherine Ho, who has been covering lobbying for the Washington Post, is relocating to the Bay Area to join the team covering health care and health technologies. She starts in January.
They join a team of business and technology reporters that will total 10 people with Ho’s arrival.
