SABEW seeks board nominations

Want to help shape programs, contests and outreach for business journalists?

The nominations committee of the Society of American Business Editors and Writers is seeking dedicated business journalists to run for election to SABEW’s board of governors.Â

It wants a broad mix of nominees from across its membership regionally and from various forms of media or business journalism academic programs.

Candidates should be willing to actively participate in committees engaged in conference planning, the annual Best in Business contest, development, training and other board activities. Board members also are expected to participate in financial support of SABEW’s match grant initiatives.Â

If interested, please contact past president Gail DeGeorge, gadegeorge@sun-sentinel.com. Please put “SABEW Nominee in the subject line.
